Super friendly staff and ahhhhmazing food!! This is a cute lil shop in Aiea in the same complex as Dixie Grill. There is ample parking in the front and backside of the building. It's located on the bottom left of you are facing the building. It's a super clean shop with friendly and welcoming faces to greet you which I believe were Ry's parents. They offer a variety of poke and will make them on the spot if it is not displayed in their window. The poke is fresh and the shaved ice is fine and not "icy" if you know what I mean! Why visit Ry's poke and Shaved Ice if you're only going for poke!? Lol! We went at a good time just after 2, so when we got there, we were the only ones in line and they were nice enough to tell us that they can make our desserts when we were ready for them since we wanted to enjoy our poke bowls. OMG...the shaved ice is really shaved finely and they pour a good amount of syrup on there so you know you'll have flavor in each bite. Don't get me started with the Kulolo Sundae! Bruhhhh!!! There's no need to drive all the way to Waianae or to Waihole when you can get it here! I'm the sundae, you'll get a heaping size of warmed kulolo, Haupia ice cream, chocolate drizzles, Mac nuts and whipped cream! Sooooo goood!!! Y'all won't be disappointed!!

I missed meeting Ry, the Owner and young entrepreneur. Ry's parents are very friendly, exceeded my expectations 100%, above and beyond. Poke Nachos $16 - Ry's dad offered a sample of Ginger Poke. Delicious with avocado. Choice of poke available: Hawaiian, Ginger or Spicy. Selected Hawaiian & Ginger. Hawaiian poke has limu, onions and some chili pepper flakes. They also asked if I wanted to try their Unagi Sauce. Yes. Glad I did! Amazing poke and unagi sauce sits on sturdy, crunchy, thick strips of won ton pi. Yum! Made fresh daily. Kūlolo Sundae $9.95 - Ry's parents highly recommended I try this dessert. Usually this dessert comes with chocolate syrup; however, I informed them I'm allergic to chocolate. Ry's dad offered caramel. I said, "Perfect! Thank you." Love homemade kūlolo! Brings pleasant childhood memories at 'ohana parties. Eat your dessert first and swiftly. Felt heat hot kūlolo halfway at bottom of cup, melt big scoop haupia ice cream, caramel syrup, whipped cream, and macadamia nuts. They also recommended their Banana Mac Nut Ice Cream. Sounds yummy! Since I'm allergic to bananas, you're welcome to have these on my behalf. Located next to Dixie Grill. Look for light colored wooden table. Free, ample parking in lower and upper area. Will definitely return for fresh, made in house poke, shave ice, and desserts.

A new poke place popped up in Aiea, so I decided to check it out. (Note: this is not affiliated with Ry's Poke Shack in Kahuku). I went on a Sunday soon after they opened, and they already had a few customers inside. I had been craving poke nachos for months now, and after seeing it on their menu, I knew I had to get it. You get to choose the poke on top of the "chips" (I think they're wonton strips), and I chose the Hawaiian style ahi, which was amazing! Although it was $16, I was able to make two meals out of it. The combination of poke with the chips were a flavor explosion in my mouth! I also ordered a small banana mac nut ice cream, and they put it in a huge cup! It was way more than I expected, but I ain't complaining! The ice cream was super yummy - not sure what brand they have, but you gotta try it! I also saw someone order a shave ice, and that also looked huge and delicious. They are located right off the fwy as you enter Aiea on the right (if you're coming from the east). Same center as Dixie's. They are hidden in the corner next to a tattoo shop. It's small but clean, and it operates as more of a takeout place rather than a sit down establishment. The service is full of aloha! There was a guy and his son behind the counter handling all of the customers with a smile. They were both very friendly and customer-service oriented. So far this has been my favorite meal this week! I will be back!

From start to finish this establishment is top notch! 5 stars isn't enough for this young business! Food was fresh and packed with flavor! The shaved ice was so soft and the perfect sweet treat on a hot day! Thank you for being AMAZING!

The poke was extremely fresh and savory. It's definitely worth the stop! I don't think I'll ever find poke this good in the states!
